To assist Finance Manager in the major financial roles as follows:-1) Prepare and compile annual budget for the group of companies, from checking the departmental budgets to the preparation of budgeted group financial statement and presentation slides for the budget committee and Board meeting2) Review on the monthly management accounts prepared by the subordinate and ensure timely submission of the report to the management and shareholders 3) Work closely with external auditors during year-end audit as well as preparing audit report drafts to be reviewed by the auditors4) In charge of the companies’ tax matters which includes initial tax estimate, revision of tax estimate (if any), final tax computation, e-Form C and online submission of final tax5) Work on the long-term financial projection for the group as requested by the management and shareholders from time to time 6) To prepare annual budget and business plan for the shareholder company based on their financial year-end (which is different from our company's year-end)7) To provide any financial information on ad-hoc basis as requested by the management and shareholders8) Liaise with IRB officers during tax investigation by LHDN
