After more than a decade in marketing positions with an expertise on brand positioning and innovation strategy in FMCG international environments, I launched a restaurant & delicatessen in Paris. This totally new occupation enabled me to dare entrepreneurship, creativity, agility, while focusing on customers relationships and business KPIs. After this exciting job, I took the chance to be trained to professional coaching, a dream of mine for a long time, that I had the opportunity to slightly deal with through my contribution to a women network. On the basis of these different experiences, and with my new entity UMAMI, I now work as a consultant on my two areas of expertise : transformation and coaching, with overlaps regarding team building & inclusion, co-development & training.
