Final paper (Diploma): 'Effective sales management and customer relationship management including the instrument of customer satisfaction survey at Edelstahlwerke Schmees GmbH regarding to business goals and business vision.'- Responsible for the construction, implementation and evaluation of the customer survey.- Analysed the strengths and weaknesses of the company and gave instructions for the strategic planning.

- Responsible for the Order and Offer management and the planning of technician inserts- Supported the Service Hotline and got in contact to English speaking customers also- Analysed why an implementation of a product did not work for the German market. For this purpose I scheduled and went to meetings with customers and finally evaluate the held conversations.
