I am a Virtual Talent Scout for the Outsourced Talent Division of an Australian outsourcing company. I have worked and traveled to previous jobs, worked in a call centre and then decided to transition my career into virtual assistance and support. Working from a home office has many advantages, as anyone who has worked virtually knows. I especially like working with an Australian company (only 2hrs time difference and no graveyard shifts!) with such a vision to provide many opportunities to Filipinos.The division I work in also manages outsourcing partnerships, meaning that the company partners with other outsourcing providers in the Philippines, as some client prefer their contract staff or employees to work from offices.
