Vodafone Automotive is delivering safety and security products and telematics software services for the Automotive, Fleet and Insurance industries. I lead an Agile Release Train in the company, the ART is delivering new software solutions around the digital channels of our Safety and Security Product Pillar and develops our platforms behind them. I take part of the ART's leading coalition together with the System Architect and the Product manager. I'm also a servant leader of a team of scrum masters. In addition to the traditional RTE responsibilities to assist the teams in delivering value, I also work as an agile advocate and agile coach, thereby helping the organization in its agile transformation.

I was in charge of the end-to-end program delivery of global automotive line-fit SW projects for several OEM’s & Tier 1 partners around the globe. Leading a group of project managers I was responsible for the project portfolio under my account. My team organized and maintained the development activities together with multiple project and cross-functional teams (50+ people). We were liaising product, pre-sales, sales activity with the engineering and project governance and maintaining customer relation from program side. Definition of program strategy, scope, budget and resource allocations, as well as to support company-wide long-term planning and product portfolio management were my areas of responsibilities. I was directly reporting to the VP of our business unit and the executive management.I actively took part of the agile transformation of the company, fostered the mindset change in the teams and facilitated the application of agile values during the delivery.Key achievements: - Built up and managed a high-performing team of project managers applying the agile values- Introduced agile practices and techniques in the daily work of team- Successfully delivered NNG's flagships product- Positive market feedback received on the SW introduced into production in the US- Smooth and fruitful cooperation established between PM - development - product and sales teams
