As a trainer-coach and sophrologist I guide people and organizations to develop their talents, mobilize their enthusiasm, overcome challenges and cooperate in order to reach the goals and succeed together. I facilitate tailored trainings to develop soft skills and pass on methods and tools on leadership, management, emotional intelligence, stress management, assertiveness and promote empowerment. As a sophrologist I help individuals change in the way their wish : improve self confidence, manage stress, anxiety, pressure, negativity, deal with relationship issues, be prepared to face a challenge (exam, speech, interview, carrer change ...) The support is tailor-made according to who you are, your context and your objective. I use my sophrologist, trainer and coach toolboxes. I don't promise you a magic wand. I make it easy, and you do the rest ! My path : With a career path of more than 30 years, I feel rich of the many experiences, challenges and lessons I have learned. I’ve been a teacher in Mexico City. Worked in business development, team management and experienced entrepreneurship. I lived 10 years in the United States revealing and developing my creative side as an interior designer. I’m grateful for all the opportunities that I seized and led me to become a trainer and coach for 15 years, and then a certified sophrologist. My job is an endless source of pleasure and enrichment.
