Responsible for overseeing specified aspects of on-going projects, including communicating with stakeholders, tailoring activities for project participants, scheduling activities, planning, and follow-ups. Additionally, assisting in business development activities concerning the hub, developing marketing strategies, tailoring frameworks to support the program, conducting research, and working on proposals.

Worked together with the preschool teachers to equip the children with reading and writing skills. Together, we managed to have a class successfully graduate to the next level. On September, the children (close to 25 in number ) had trouble reading fluently. By November, they were able to sit their exams on time and pass both the reading and writing tests.

Working here was both fun and interactive. As part of my contribution to the organization, I participated in the design of the organizations new website, which was launched early 2023. Together with the program coordinator, the yearly strategic plan was set and the program activities planned out for implementation. Also, interacting with the beneficiaries on weekly follow-up meetings was quite an engaging task, which contributed to their general well being as well as monitoring their progress.

During this time, I embarked on a personal project to work with organizations in developing plans, analysis and reporting of their projects. Among the organizations that I worked with was, Believe Mental Health in Eldoret, and I managed to deliver a report for their activities the year 2022.

The projects I got to work on while here laid a serious foundation for my career. Together with the project lead, we developed a plan and budget for two ECHO hubs in Iten hospitals and Bungoma. Within this period I was charged with the tasks of following up with project beneficiaries, collecting data, analysis and assisting with the project coordination. I was also attending weekly meetings with the program coordinator and project lead, to analyze progress and plan for the project activities. ECHO hubs were successfully planted in both Iten and Bungoma hospitals, which was a huge milestone for the project.

During this time I managed to conduct an M&E research for solid waste management within Nyeri Town Constituency. The research resulted to creating a comprehensive M&E plan which I presented to the department in charge of solid waste in the county as well as earned me Professional Certification as an M&E Professional.
