• Prepare and send out customer invoices• Handles accounts payables and accounts receivables• Respond to customer requests for new vendor set up forms, W9 forms, purchase orders, address changes, etc.• Reconcile and apply edits to customer invoices related to cancellations and adjustments• Enter bills into accounting system• Research variances between vendor bills and customer orders • Assist Finance team with any other ad hoc projects or request

• Perform audits to ensures all transactions are completed in compliance with audit guidelines • Conducts up trainings and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results needed• Support supervisors by doing reports, creating spreadsheets for tracking purposes and documents aimed at supporting and encouraging my teammates.
