My work in aged care is a vocation more than a career. I have overall administrative responsibility for: Maintenance, Clinical, Lifestyle, Catering, Pastoral Care, Customer Service, HR and Procurement. I built an extensive healthcare network to maintain a 97% occupancy rate average. It is a joy to nurture a family culture across residents, their families and our staff.

Some projects provided the opportunity to enable a $550 million industry client to achieve dominant market share , and become Australia's largest fresh produce industry exporter by leading the organisation's strategic process; Developed and implemented Australia’s only national horticultural export development program, leading to 19% compounded annual growth rate in 4 years;Developed a 5-Year Industry-Specific Export Strategic Plan for the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources, which has been adopted and strongly endorsed.

Provided leadership in a multi-industry international trade development program requiring extensive stakeholder engagement & management across industry peak bodies, government agencies, commercial operators and RDCs.Strategically re-designed, developed and implemented the only national horticulture export development program (Australia Fresh) and gained the following achievements:• Pioneered and led collaborative partnerships among a number of peak councils / industry associations, Australian government agencies (Victoria and Queensland) and commercial operators in showcasing and promoting Australian product in Asia. Engaged to provide strategic marketing leadership for four industries, Table Grapes, Summer Fruits, Chestnuts and Turf, I was responsible for developing tailored industry plans to drive compound annual growth for domestic trade. Requiring strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills to influence and secure buy-in with industry bodies for new marketing strategies including targeting of new consumer groups, I also influenced a transition towards export markets to facilitate continued trade growth. Received an Outstanding Achievement Award for securing full endorsement for new marketing strategies and plans, and strengthening relationships with industry bodies;Championed strategic diversification into export markets through the establishment of an Advisory Group and Export Sub-Committee, enabling significant returns for the Australian Table Grape and Summer Fruit industries.

Initially tasked with establishing an MLA presence in the Philippines facilitating trade for Australian meat and livestock farmers and exporters, this role was a highly strategic trade consulting role with a strong focus on multi-party stakeholder engagement. Targeting, developing and converting opportunities into trade export channels.• Increased sales volume for Australian red meat exporters by as much as 50% through the strategic development of trade opportunities;• Achieved dominant market share in the imported red meat category of PriceSmart (Costco affiliate), overcoming a historic company policy dictating a preference for meat imported from the US;• Designed and organised international retail forums (50 international retailers) and attended a number of bilateral trade talks including Government agencies such as Austrade.
