I joined Doconomy following a series of layoffs and a merger, when the need for investing in culture was at its peak. The role involves co-creating and operationalising a new culture strategy fit for an international, hybrid-remote company. Being able to share my Psychology, Wellbeing and Coaching expertise has led to:- Designing & rolling out a new Performance Review Framework- Establishing and Facilitating a Monthly Leadership Forum- Conducting research, such as on employee sentiment, analysing data and driving data-informed improvements- Rolling out holistic company-wide wellbeing initiatives, including learning, coaching and check ins- Creating a holistic People & Culture Strategy- Onboarding new joiners- Facilitating and enabling collaborative and inclusive company-wide meetings

I coordinated an IT project for 4000 university staff and students which improved communication, enabled remote working, promoted collaboration and knowledge sharing

Healthcare Improvement Scotland exists to ensure high quality health and social care for everyone in Scotland. Here I supported 3 projects which: - Created a National Improvement Hub for healthcare professionals- Established a Programme Management Office which led and over sought 30 healthcare improvement projects worth £2.5 m- Piloted a Patient Safety Project in elderly care and mental health - Supported and connected Dementia carers across the country

I delivered and managed a project for families of deaf children in the East of Scotland. After consulting with the families, I created 5 new services: a 10-week family sign language course, a hub for young people, a 6-week parenting programme, a family day, an online service depository. In this role I also managed a team of 6 and secured 2 grants for project activities.Between 2009-2014 I also worked as a community support worker for Deaf adults with additional support needs.

I coordinated a project for 500 children and young people affected by bereavement in the West of Scotland. In this role I:- Collaborated with 3 partner hospices in the West of Scotland - Created evaluation tools and annual reports resulting in continuous funding- Managed and launched a bereavement app for young people- Created relevant resources and digital packs for children aged 3-18- Chaired a working group for therapists

I designed, delivered and evaluated activities for 45 people with acquired brain injuries and the Elderly in a care home setting. Despite starting a job aged just 18, I made sure that all clients had a chance to develop their interests as well as participate in a range of activities which I run 3-4 times a week. I also organised frequent fundraising projects and events for all residents and their families.
