Often I had to advise residents to seek assistance from the various social assistance programs that were available.Having to manage 3 officers, I had to conduct annual appraisals as well as interviewing new officers. One of the low point of this was that I had to conduct repeated interviews and co-write detailed reports in order to off board a staff. Was in the Tender & Contractors committee and subsequently in the Community Projects committee. This entailed preparation and presentation of reports during Council meetings.
