Ensuring the machines are operated in compliance within company Food Safety policies. Adhere to and ensure all staff adhere to Business Food Safety Standards at all times. Escalate any potential Food Safety issues immediately.Ensure that the product is up to the correct standards and specifications. Attain production and quality standards for each product.Measuring Performance, identifying root cause and solution for loss of performance. Maintain performance levels throughout the shift.Ensuring the machines are changed over correctly and in accordance to the planned change over time. Managing waste and yield throughout the Shift.Supervising the Production Operatives and ensuring that Health and Safety, Food Safety, Product, Interpreting and following recipes.Ensuring that downtime is accurately recorded, alongside solution. Using the weekly plan, alongside manager, identify methods to maximise outputs and labour, taking into account downtime for changeovers and cleaning.Minimise any downtime through breakdowns. Develop and actively promote a positive Health & Safety culture.Encourage an environment of support and challenge amongst the team and a sense of pride and passion. Training, coaching and motivating the production operatives and trainees.Identify areas of Improvement, through spend or line optimisation to improve labour control against each product.
