Leading the organisation’s Communications team, harnessing its collective expertise and ensuring alignment of the Communications and Political team activities.Responsible for planning and implementing the organisation’s communications strategies and for media relations.

Communications planning, sign-off and project management of all offline products and publications; media relations; managing the editorial calendar; ensuring consistent branding and coordinating suppliers.

Planning and implementing the alliance’s communications strategies in close cooperation with its campaigners, communications officers and consultants.

Coordinating the organisation’s communications team, managing the editorial calendar, being the point of contact with the global communications group, setting up the internal and external communication procedures.

Designing and implementing online marketing campaigns; maintaining and updating the organisation’s database; writing, editing and proofreading marketing and communication materials for different channels; overseeing and updating the organisation’s websites; managing social media. Zero Waste Europe (ZWE) is an independent nonprofit foundation created in 2013 to empower communities to redesign their relationship with resources. ZWE campaigns for zero waste strategies in Europe and beyond, and supports local groups, change agents and municipalities who have the potential to drive change in their area. Currently, ZWE is the only pan-European organisation specialising in waste issues from prevention to disposal and from local to European levels.

Event Management (planning, production and logistics)

Create and manage project timelines, budgets and briefings. Brief and schedule work in the studio, manage the review process, confirm specifications with suppliers and keep schedules, budgets and invoicing up to date.

Responsible for business development, delivery, coordination and quality assurance of advertising projects. Accountable for achieving annual targets and delivering on clients and external partners agreements.
