As part of Gucci Global Brand and Product Marketing team my main objective is to orchestrate campaigns, processes, tools and information sharing across teams. I am in charge of:- Coordinating global Communication calendar and orchestrating the development and execution of 360 Marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment among all key stakeholders (at a Corporate and Regional level, as well as with external partners)- Developing localized integrated Marketing and Communications plan and coordinating with Regional teams with goal of supporting local business needs while ensuring Brand consistency- Gathering relevant customer insights, monitoring business performance, campaigns results and competitive scenario

As responsible of Product Marketing within the Diesel Global Marketing Strategy team, I worked closely with both Business and Creative functions and I was in charge of:• Defining global product marketing strategy, drafting monthly product stories calendar and selecting seasonal priorities to be featured in marketing contents• Briefing the production of product focused sell-out contents, with the goal of matching business needs with compelling marketing materials and ensuring maximum alignment across all channels• Working with Designers and Merchandisers to develop collection-focused materials to support sell-in and sell-through phases• Monitoring product campaigns results, analysing trends and competitive scenario• Briefing and coordinating copywriters, ensuring the company tone of voice was always respected

As part of the Intimate and Spare Parts team I was responsible of: • Liaising with designers and R&D for the definition of the collection grids for Male and Female Underwear, Beachwear and Spare Parts lines• Analysing sell-in/sell-out results and competitive scenario• Supporting in the pricing and forecasting process and in the presentation of the collections to international buyers.• Drafting the global merchandising selection, while addressing channels and regions’ needs through the development of SMU items
