I am a project manager with a double expertise: a 10+ years experience in the management of events and exhibitions, and a strong interest and preparation on Sustainability topics (Environmental, Social and Economical). I can supervise the full life cycle of a fast pace production, or patiently help you in undestanding, defining and reaching your sustainable goals for your company and events - of maybe both!Navigating events and sustainability it's a fast and fluid ride, it's important to nurture curiosity and dedication, experience complexity as a value, and off course to enjoy the ride.As a project manager I deal with budget definition, suppliers selection and management, events regulations, event services, on-site coordination; as a consultant I support the developement of sustainability strategies, or the process needed to get a specific certification, like ISO 20121 - Sustainable Event Management; all my activities are carried on in cooperation with experienced partners. I was the ISO 20121 main reference for for Reed Exhibitions Italia, part of RX Global. I am currently supporting different events organizers that already got or are about to get the same certification, while supporting as well companies approaching the Sustainability Event Criteria freshly released by the Italian governement. From 2013 to 2023 I've supervised the production of more than 200 exhibition stand projects; I've coordinated on site the booth construction and events activities in more than 30 countries including most of the European states, plus worldwide destinations: China, Korea, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, USA, Brazil, Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, UAE, South Africa and Nigeria.Background:Degree in Industrial Design, Politecnico di Milano.Researcher in the field of Sustainable Design of construction materials, packaging, home appliances, furniture and lighting for Politecnico di Milano (Italy) and UFPR Curitiba (Brazil).
