I'm a certified holistic health coach specializing in celiac and gut health.I help women who have celiac disease to lower their stress and inflammation so they can create a more conducive environment for healing, reverse their symptoms and prevent additional autoimmune diseases.My mission is to spare you the feelings of overwhelm and provide you a holistic approach to healing autoimmunity that goes beyond just taking out gluten. In my health coaching I’ll teach you everything you need to know about living a gut healthy gluten-free life, what foods and products are safe, cross contamination and how to properly read labels and identify hidden gluten ingredients.
