Rakai Health Sciences Program (RHSP) is an organization in southwestern Uganda and operates in 12 districts with 531 staff and 1494 volunteers. In this position am one of the four members on the senior management team of RHSP, and this team is charged with the strategic oversight, daily operations and implementation of the organization’s mandate. RHSP is foreign donor funded with a portfolio of over $25m annually. I head a team of 143 administrative staff, and we are charged with supporting the core operations of research and program activities. This team comprises of the following departments: Human Resource, Grants management, Finance, Operations (security, transport and estates management), legal, Procurement and Stores management.

Part of the executive management team, providing over all leadership in managerial, administrative and logistical support to Rakai Health Sciences Program which included; estates management, finance and operations, program administration, budgeting, transport and fleet management, security as well as report writing and documentation.
