Launch of BNPL project (MVP)

Duties: 1. Gazprom Ecosystem’s project management: - a digital ID for a seamless transition among ecosystem’s services; - corporate subscription in the Group's ecosystem (B2B solution); Additional streams as subprojects: - increase in transactional activity due to ecosystem services; - attracting new users to the ecosystem subscription through a banking product. Project management includes: - moderation of weekly status meetings; - preparation of reporting presentations for top management; - working out tasks with profile teams; - writing Business Requirements; - testing (business side); - coordination of marketing materials for promotion; - organization of analytics for monitoring indicators; - organization of technical support. 2. Drawing up a strategy for the development of the Bank's ecosystem inside Group’s ecosystem for 2023 - 2027: - organization of a working group of experts; - moderation of meetings and discussions; - drawing up a strategy plan; - presentation of draft strategy for further discussion. Achievements: - the transfer of the Bank's employees to a single ecosystem has begun - more than 25,000 people; - subprojects were launched, which are a synergy of banking products and ecosystem services - the results are in the analysis; - the participation of the Bank in the largest fintech forum "FINOPOLIS 2022" on November 10-11, 2022, held by the Bank of Russia in partnership with the leaders of IT and the financial market was prepared: the preparation of scenario of a Round Table discussion on the topic "The Future of Ecosystems in New Realities" for the moderator from the Bank, the organization of thematic stands, merch and media materials in collaboration with marketing.

Achievements:1. Optimization of purchase in terms of cooperation with external partners under 223-FL (development of rules, reduction of the package of documents, bringing the process in line with market practices);2. Launch and support of the largest dealer holding in terms of sales of the CASCO product;3. Holding a partnership event for external partners (federal level);4. Management of the auto insurance project with Sberbank (participation in regular meetings, monitoring the implementation of tasks within teams, automation of reporting);5. Development of a commercial offer template for external partners, reporting presentation and training materials on working with B2B sales system;6. Management of the B2B front-office sales system for partners with digital underwriting (definition and prioritization of the backlog of the IT team, moderation of regular meetings, creation of the business rules with team of experts);7. Building API integration with the largest aggregators in the auto insurance market and partner sales systems.

Achievements:1. Launch of a new partner in a digital channel: - negotiations with decision makers;- creation of a product line (tariffs, coverage and commercial terms);- product launch (interaction with other divisions);2. Product management of IT systems (Product Business Owner position):- B2B sales system with digital underwriting;- Microservice ecosystem.Creation of development strategy, definition of scope and goals, management of the team (IT PMs, developers and analysts).3. D-Expert Ambassador: presentation of business innovations of the Russian branch in monthly meetings on the BNP Paribas CARDIF Group;4. Key user QlikView: consulting the team in working with the system and using models;5. Business Expert in working with business data;6. Award “BNP Paribas' Group Sustainability & Incentive Scheme (GSIS) 2021” from BNP Paribas SA.

Achievements:1. Project management: - transfer of all partners of the company to a new policy subscription system- creation of a BI module for partners.2. Creation of new processes in the company, helping to adapt to new market trends and partner requests: - participation in the "key for a key" program;- retention.3. Launch of CPO extended warranty program in conjunction with OEM;4. Launch of a unique loyalty GAP on the Russian market;5. Building a process of motivational campaigns together with a provider, taking into account legislation and compliance procedures;6. Successful participation in tenders with OEMs and captive banks: preparation of a unique offer and presentation design.
