Launch of BNPL project (MVP)

Duties: 1. Gazprom Ecosystem’s project management: - a digital ID for a seamless transition among ecosystem’s services; - corporate subscription in the Group's ecosystem (B2B solution); Additional streams as subprojects: - increase in transactional activity due to ecosystem services; - attracting new users to the ecosystem subscription through a banking.

Achievements:1. Optimization of purchase in terms of cooperation with external partners under 223-FL (development of rules, reduction of the package of documents, bringing the process in line with market practices);2. Launch and support of the largest dealer holding in terms of sales of the CASCO product;3. Holding a partnership event for external partners.

Achievements:1. Launch of a new partner in a digital channel: - negotiations with decision makers;- creation of a product line (tariffs, coverage and commercial terms);- product launch (interaction with other divisions);2. Product management of IT systems (Product Business Owner position):- B2B sales system with digital underwriting;- Microservice.

Achievements:1. Project management: - transfer of all partners of the company to a new policy subscription system- creation of a BI module for partners.2. Creation of new processes in the company, helping to adapt to new market trends and partner requests: - participation in the "key for a key" program;- retention.3. Launch of CPO extended warranty program.
