During my years with LR I have had the opportunity to be part of leading change by planning and organising new departments, processes, and ways of working. I was the Admin Team Leader for the Business Assurance department, establishing LRQA in Finland in the early 90's. Later I was involved in creating and implementing the processes for the Nordic Service Centre in Helsinki in 2006. Re-establishing new ways of working at the Marine Operations department in 2014, as well as the Scanbalt Admin Team co-ordination during 2017. All these roles required new ways of thinking and strong Change Management skills. In 2018 I became part of the Global Adoption Team with the main aim and purpose to map ByD processes and help implement and adopt them within all teams in LR. As a big portion of our roles was about improving and helping the business, we became the Continuous Improvement Team in 2021, with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt exams in our pockets.
