- Recruiting culture, and skill-fit minds from all over the world- Supporting employees with career growth planning- Working closely with the Team Leaders, and People Partners on performance (skill, and will) management- DRI for various non-hiring-related initiatives that help to improve processes, e.g.in time promotions, reducing the turnover (based on feedback collected from eNPS, Team Pulse, Hiring, Onboarding, Exit conversations, etc.)- DRI for Competency mapping- DRI for the Employee Referral Program, and internal promotions (inside/outside department)- Improving the TA process to make them more efficient, and faster

- Ensured a proper system, and flow for access, and tools set up for all CS new joiners- Created, and facilitated the company culture workshop for the CS new joiners- Was the DRI for CS onboarding calls- Worked closely with mentors, Team Leaders, and recruiters to increase the hiring quality of CS new joiners- Supported mentors in 1on1s with the CS new joiners- Assisted in planning, creating, and implementing training structure, flows, and materials
