Built a product that makes teenagers more financially aware and independent.

Managed and led the design team responsible for all products across Ola - Cabs (Rider, Driver, Drive), Foods, OFS and Electric.

Led all mobility (consumer, driver and growth) products.

• Improved the experience for the consumer app and prepared it for an international launch.• Got hands on and mentored the team while we brought Foodpanda into the Ola family by utilizing the user base of Ola.• Completely redesigned Ola Money and built a scalable design solution that serves as a foundation for all present and future products at Ola Financial Services - Wallet, Postpaid, Credit Card and more.• Was a part of the user research initiatives of the Driver team, aimed towards launching features in the Driver app that helps increases the productivity of the drivers.• Drove the hiring process for Interns, Product Designer, and Senior Product Designer roles.

Improving the pickup & drop experience of the rider app, designed for the launch of 2 new categories, and worked extensively on customer loyalty programmes. Apart from this, I've also invested efforts towards improving the design process inside the team, and also have actively been a part of hiring and attracting talent to set up an empowered team.
