With a focus on strong leadership skills, Tim has excelled in cultivating high-performance teams through strategic thinking and planning. Tim's predominant focus has centred around equipping organizations with the necessary tools to acsend to the next level of strategic partnerships, operations, and management within the NGO and governmental sphere.Tim has been a keynote speaker at numerous international conferences and events discussing sustainable agricultural business practices around the world, including South America, Asia, Europe, Southern Africa, the United States and Canada.Tim's knowledge base includes extensive understanding of Board governance through his service on numerous Board of Directors, including: The International Egg Commission; The World Egg Organization; Heart for Africa- Canada, the United States and ,Eswatini as well as The Egg Industry Centre: Iowa State University. Tim remains Chair of the International Egg Foundation and the Swazi Board of Directors for Project Canaan.Tim currently resides as an advisor to Transparent, an organization centred on discovering the link between business goals and their E.S.G (Environmental, Social and Governance) ambitions to help envision a more sustainable future.
