·       Responsible for assisting the Managing Director in the development and implementation of credit policy, coordination of branch activities, management of operations staff and leadership for the ongoing digitalisation and operational change.·       Ensure that performance targets and indicators are met in accordance with microfinance standards and the business plan.·       Coordinate network development and monitor branch operations·       Assist the CEO in the development of the business plan.·       Support the Managing Director in the development of the strategy, particularly with regard to operational aspects.·       Implement in collaboration with the WVI partnership and VFI the search for funding through participation in calls for projects.·        Ensure that an effective internal control and risk management.·       Assess new customer needs and lead the development of additional offerings to meet those needs.·       Leadership in the optimal implementation of the VFS digitalization strategy in order to effectively impact the effectiveness and efficiency of the institution with customer satisfaction in mind.

 Prepare an annual audit plan Ensure annual audit plan execution Submit timely reports to management for all the audits conducted during the year Submit high quality dashboard and any other required reports to the RAM timely. Prepare the IAD budget in line with the Annual Plan timely and track performance against the budget and ensure that the budget is not exceeded Assist in Fraud Investigations and External Audit reviews.

Coordinate the missions of inspection included joint mission of Ministry / BCEAO. Produce and provide the inspection reports and adhesive files, within the agreed period. Represent the DRS-Sfd at the level of the administrative districts of setting-up
