Driven by achievement and success, I thrive to exceed in all areas from my personal to professional life. After graduating from high school with a Baccalauréat Littéraire from France I moved to Cambridge, UK, to pursue my education. I graduated from Cambridge Regional College before obtaining a BSc (HONS) in Management, Leadership & Business from the Open University. Since my degree, I have been awarded a diploma in Journalism from the British College of Journalism and obtained my MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology with the University of East London. I am now studying with the University College London (UCL) towards a PGDip in Children and Young People Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP). In 2014, I embarked on a geographic and personal journey of a lifetime, travelling, living and working across Canada, the USA, Australia and Asia, which has enabled me to grow as an individual and a professional through enriching experiences and adventures. Having recently moved back to the UK, I am now focused on building my career.I am the founder of Fleurishing Minds, a company which provides positive psychology and coaching services to those living with an autoimmune disease. We deliver our programs in both English and French, in person or virtually depending on our clients geographical locations.I also work as a Children and Young People Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with Bedford Borough Council. I have training in coaching, positive psychology, narrative exposure therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
