I am a seasoned HR and talent executive with over 25 years of experience across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. I am the Chief HR Officer of Oriel Group, a commodity trading and shipping company headquartered in Dubai/UAE. Before, I led the Executive HR Services Group for Aramco's top 300 leaders with a distinct focus on succession planning and leadership development for senior executive roles while also being in charge of Aramco's board development activities for its global subsidiaries and joint ventures. I hold MBAs from the University of Durham and the European Business School Oestrich-Winkel, and I am a Chartered Fellow CIPD and a Fellow CPHR (AHRI).My core competencies include talent management, executive leadership development, succession planning, and board effectiveness. I design and implement solutions that align with the organizational strategy, foster a customer-centric culture, and enhance the governance and performance of the boards of directors.
