This includes interacting with and guiding clients, subjects/talent, and others through the production process. Operating professional cameras, audio equipment, lighting equipment, and related equipment to effectively record a variety of program materials. Recommending minor and/or major production changes to obtain the most appropriate and effective materials.2. During post-production, editing recorded video, audio, and other materials to meet time, aesthetic, ethical, and highest broadcast quality standards. Operate a variety of post-production software applications for video editing, audio editing, graphics creation, compressing, encoding/transcoding, and captioning.3. Maintain and organize video production equipment and post-production equipment and software. Research, request, and implement new video production technologies. Reserve and rent equipment to other stakeholders in the organization.4. In advance and on-the-field video productions, responsible for equipment, and temporary studio build-up. Ensuring proper operation of equipment required and performing tests of cameras, tapeless media, microphones, lights, video monitors, and related equipment.5. Oversee the preparation, duplication, and delivery of video and related materials for a variety of distribution channels. Coordinate the archiving of video assets for short and long-term storage and access.6.
