Hi, My name is Agon Ukaj and I'm a former student at Rutgers Business School and currently have a degree in finance. Currently I work at my Father's restaurant Albivi Brick Oven and have been there for 8 years. Here I learned all aspects of small business and entrepreneurship in the restaurant industry. All things from managing inventory, employees, building customer relationship, and finances needed to run a small business. I also interned for Magnakron Corp which is a chemical retail and distribution company that works with businesses internationally and globally. There I expanded my business knowledge and grasped how large scale businesses run from day to day operations to executive decision making.
