MAIN TASKS:-Track and report various monthly & weekly business indicators and KPIs by business unit via Dashboards.-Analysis of actual performance to budget-Conduct analysis to understand the Traking Marker models, their used and assumptions.-Analyst of the results (sales, marging, paxes, cost, gross sales) with focus on axis, market, customers, suppliers, products, and compare with the others areas/market, identify deviations and look for the causes and/or problems.-Give support in the different departments of the brand, for example, operations, sales, finances.-Pro-active ‘pipeline analytics’ reporting to Regional/OG/Territory leaders.-Support in the elaboration and follow up of results and KPIs of the signature, and elaboration together with the supervisor, of action plans adapted to each department. -Business Analyst & Data analystSKILLS & EXPERIENCE-Strong analytical, and decision making skills, ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose and resolve problems.-Ability to work under pressure.-Pro-activity.-Excellent knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, etc) and POWER POINT.-Tableau.-Query programe consultant SQL.-Snowflake.-DBeaver.-Outlook.-SAP knowledge.Good comunication skills.Advanced level of english.Willingness to travel.
