Transitioning from my role as Chief Executive, my focus shifted to deepening and extending awareness of our rebranded company and vision. My role extended across the organization, serving as a member of a small leadership team while overseeing our global marketing efforts including recruiting of new coaches into the growing EMyth Coach Network. Internally, I helped vision and direct strategy for our online properties including our website and core product platform. Over the past year we made the shift to a full inbound marketing approach, opening up our product offerings to include a free and low-cost guided experience to compliment our premium coaching service.

My tenure at EMyth started with moving the company from Santa Rosa, CA to its new home in Ashland, Oregon. It was an exciting time at the company, the whole team stepping into the opportunity to refresh and revitalize a 40 year old brand. Our main goal was to create and mentor the team on a newly clarified set of company values and brand standards. Over 2011 and 2012 we completed a major technology systems overhaul and launched the new EMyth platform and website, as well as the new EMyth Coach Network, opening up opportunities for independent coaches around the world to become fully certified in the EMyth methodology while getting world-class mentoring, support and business development help along the way.
