Involved in 120 units.Park Central (MP3 / H4) - Project value £320mPark Central – 829 apartments (including 166 affordable homes) BtR, shared ownership and affordable rental, as well as a new retail street and improvements to New Kent Road. The phase is divided into two plots, H4 and H5, each comprises a 25-storey tower with midrise blocks up to 12 storeys. Plot H4 is earmarked for Private Rented Sector (Build-To-Let) usage. H4 – 445 new tenure blind homes, including 25% affordable housing. Acton Gardens is the partnership between L&Q (London & Quadrant) Housing Trust and Countryside Properties Plc. This exciting collaboration will bring new homes, community facilities, retail spaces and modern - improved park facilities to the whole estate. The LookOut, Hyde Park - Project value £4mThe LookOut project is a green educational facility set in the heart of London for use by children and young people. Built around the Hyde Park landscape and designed with ecology in mind, the new facility underpins FWA’s environmental expertise through the use of sustainable timber, natural ventilation and lighting, and a range of energy and water saving measures. The building itself was built using Green Oak timber and has a brown roof system as well as ground source heating system. The end result is a comfortable, modern and environmentally sympathetic space set in one of London’s most historic parklands.
