Commercial Planning And Controller Manager
Main responsibilities:• Lead the S&OP process of the Commercial Area. Also responsible for the annual budget and forecasting of +USD 800 MM of revenues/year and for structure and variable commercial costs of +USD 200 MM.• Supervise and ensure timely and accurate performance reporting activities. Responsible for the design and monitor of main business KPIs (ex. sales, returns, discounts, gross margin, fill rate, inventory turnover), for +300 SKUs in 8 different channels of selling.• Assist Commercial Director and Board with preparation or review of a complete set of management reports and business analysis, supporting major operational, financial, and strategic decisions. Provide strategic insight to the organization as well as scenario analysis.• Strategic planning partnership with marketing, procurement, industrial planning and logistics to decide on production volume, sourcing strategy and product distribution, to enhance profitability.• Performed complex analysis of market, prices, volume trends, product mix and profitability by segment (per SKU, client and channel). • Periodic P&L monitoring and controlling, to explain variances vs Planning & Operational. • Plan and execute value creation initiatives for internal processes linked with operations and information management.• Lead price and discounts policy for local and external markets, including high-volume operations, exports of dairy products and participation in government bidding processes.• Business support of commercial agreements negotiation with +10 key customers, the largest retailers of Argentina.• Responsible for training the analyst teams and for the periodic performance evaluation of the team.
