As a Profile reviewer, I reviewed over two hundred organisational profiles submitted by organisations applying for funding from Latin America, the Caribbean (LAC), and Sub-Saharan Africa. As a Grants Operations consultant, my responsibilities range from providing support to the Grants Operation Team by managing the Global Fund for Women’s inbox and voicemail, uploading endorsements to Salesforce and replying to queries about applications, technical issues, profiles, and by providing basic technical support to grantees including guidance on how to use our website. Also by providing support in drafting and translating new email templates to use in response to queries and supporting specific Salesforce tasks, including sending letters and reminders to grantees, creating account records for new applicants, and identifying duplicate records.
