I have also assisted in the management of commercial contracts and expansion plans. In the area of public law and litigation, I have specialised in administrative law, regulatory assessments and complex litigation, with a particular focus on public procurement, healthcare, energy and retail. In the context of mergers and acquisitions, I have also been involved in due diligence, including the assessment of regulatory and environmental risks.
