I built and documented a new process that sets the benchmark for excellence in the Project Manager career in SISTEMI INFORMATIVI. I plan, agree with the representatives of each business line, the education and growth path of PMs, the list of candidates to propose to the PM Validation Board, for accreditation to the different level of capability, or for certification to the level of IBM capability Expert (Senior Project Manager). I support the PMs in the compilations of packages and their managers to verify and validate the achievement of the requirements for the milestone for which they are the PM candidates. I lead the SI PM Validation Board.

The Public Sector of the SISTEMI INFORMATIVI’s GBS (Global Business Services) has a project portfolio valued more than 100 million Euro and more than 300 employees to manage. My activities are related to:- Program and portfolio management of projects in the specific sector under my direct responsibility and participation as Program Manager in identified complex sector programs – INAIL, INPS, CONSIP and SOGEI Programs• As Program Manager I ensure that program plans, related processes of quality and risk management and resource management support successful completion of the individual projects, controlling timely release of projects deliverables according to the program Revenue and Gross Profit targets. • I manage the first escalation level versus the Customer and TGE (Temporary Group Enterprise).• I weekly report the Economic Program Status to Top Management and discuss it with IBM Public Sector Leader.• I participate in the steering committees and discuss actual risks, issues, critical factors- As Solution Leader, assigning resources committed to the solution offered and maintaining the lead the solution team for major BID- Approval of new Bids (technical and delivery solution, and business case)- Formally appointing project managers to project start- Approval of the professional goals of the resources- Analyzing the results of the "Key Indicators Scorecard" for my Delivery Center, evaluating and putting in place relevant actions where necessary- Supporting achievement performance, technical, quality, business and customer satisfaction- Holding monthly meetings to monitor the processes and focus on customers / projects with responsibility for Revenue, Gross Profit, Billing, Utilization Rate Delivery Center results- Supporting the definition of career paths and performing evaluations of my employees

Same activities as above in the Public sector and with direct responsibility as Project Manager of some large projects described below and participation as Program Manager in identified complex sector program - ENEL Program -

ENEL Electrical and Gas Network, Project and Program ManagerAn TGE (Temporary Group Enterprise) formed by Engineering and SISTEMI INFORMATIVI was in charge of the project. It was in charge of the development and maintenance services of the application that managed ENEL Electrical and Gas Network technical and commercial processes at national and international levels (for SI only in Romania according to the ETG agreement).My activities were related to:Concept and Solution Design Phase and Project Manager in all project phases

This Sector has a project portfolio valued 10 million Euro and more than 60 employees to manage. Same activities as above in this different sector and with direct responsibility as Project Manager of some large projects described below.

POSTE ITALIANE Call Center UNICO, Project Manager and Solution DesignAn TGE (Temporary Group Enterprise) formed by IBM, NCR, COS, SISTEMI INFORMATIVI was in charge of the project, which had a global value of about 36M Euro of which 13,3M Euro for SISTEMI INFORMATIVI. It had to realize the first virtualized distributed Call Center in Europe based on CTI (Computer Telephone Integration), ACD (Automatic Call Dispatcher) and IVR (Interactive Voice Responder) infrastructure technologies and having CRM PeopleSoft SW application interface with a Knowledge Based System in the background. The project was strategic for the client whose goal was to win back end users and boost his image, after a period of strong revenue reduction and loss of credibility.My activities were related to:Concept and Solution Design Phase and Project Manager in all project phases
