I'm responsible for bridging the corporate Chinese GAAP (quasi US GAAP) trial balance to standalone IFRS financials (including cashflow, notes and all related workings, e.g. impairment tests) and managing the statutory audits. I'm preparing and filing tax returns and other (statistical and national bank) reports. Bluntly, I keep auditors, both external and internal, happy.Not so bluntly, as country finance manager for Hungary, I am responsible for - the accounting of Yanfeng Hungary's corporate activities (investments in shareholdings, loans) and- Yanfeng Hungary's overall accounting, tax and statutory compliance.Specifically, I - managed the transition from HU GAAP to IFRS in 2018 and became a chartered IFRS accountant along the way,- was deeply involved in the transition from SAP to QAD (VAT module, fixed assets, intrastat) and- was involved in setting up a Yanfeng footprint in Serbia (EUR 9M greenfield investment) in 2019.

Related new engagements valued at EUR 3 million per year (4 countries). - Successfully implemented major tax structuring engagements involving multinational scenarios and operations (cca. 3-4 per year).
