I’m an Information Technology professional with over 10 years’ experience in designing implementing and supporting IT solutions for clients ranging from SMB to Enterprise. Having started my career as a Systems Engineer at IBM, I quickly became an expert in AS400 (IBM i), IBM AIX, IBM Power Systems, PowerVM virtualization, IBM Storage systems and SAN technologies. I have executed dozens of IT infrastructure projects covering the full life cycle from hardware installation, system configuration, data migration, go-live to daily remote/onsite technical support, troubleshooting and problem resolution. With this demonstrated history of technical support expertise for both local and regional clients, I took on a new challenge at IBM, becoming a Client Technical Specialist (pre-sales specialist). It was both demanding and rewarding at the same time. I became a trusted technical advisor to my clients and to internal teams for many products and solutions including private and hybrid cloud, storage and SAP HANA IT infrastructure. I was able to drive continuous revenue growth for my division displacing the competition through superior technical solution design and consultation for which I won multiple prestigious awards including "Best of IBM" and "Hundred Percent Club".My most recent endeavor was to lead a small team of IT professionals in a challenging startup environment where I was able to strengthen my technical skills as an end-to-end IT solutions architect as well as sharpen my strategic decision-making, leadership and team management skills.
