A passionate Engineer with a strong interest in product design & all about equipment maintenance. With an educational background in Mechanical Engineering at Associate degree & Industrial Engineering at Undergraduate degree, I have a strong understanding of basic engineering principles and the ability to apply that knowledge in solving complex problems.I am a detail-oriented individual, highly curious, and always open to learning new things. I am very interested in the latest technological developments and want to contribute in creating innovations that have a positive impact.During my internship at PT KMI Wire and Cable Tbk, I was involved in the project "Design Crane System For Material Supply On Extruder Machine". Through this project, I developed skills in 3D modeling using SolidWorks, stress analysis using ANSYS. For the result, our design was able to withstand the applied load of 1 ton. The threaded connection received a shear stress of 9.52 N, and a tensile stress of 53.17 N/mm2, both values are still below the allowable stress value of 130 N/mm2. So it can be concluded that the material arrangement in the design of this crane system has a solid construction and is able to lift the material load with a predetermined capacity. From this project, I also learned to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and meet tight deadlines. Then during my bachelor's degree, my thesis took research on the Reliability of a Drum-Twisting Machine and developed a maintenance schedule along with improvisation on several components that were deemed necessary. As a result of the improvement, reliability of the Machine was significantly improved by 30%.As a Technical Engineer, I usually handled machine for maintenance, troubleshooting and analyze every condition, so we can get the root cause of the problem. In order to prevent breakdown of the machine that cause decrease of productivity. I love to working in a team, and I can work individually with equally well. Able to design and drawing using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Inventor & Solidwork. Still learning and looking for new challenge in Statistic and Data Analytic.
