• Handling Distribution network in the entire South Bengal for the distribution of Jaquar Faucets.• Looking after all the other related products of Jaquar like Essco Fittings, AOS Geysers, Concealed Cistern and Shower Panels.• Handling team members of 2 Sales Executives under the direct payroll of Company.• Merchandising the products through the advertisement agencies and marketing all the new upcoming products all over the South Bengal to get the mileage.• Training all the sales staff of the Distributors and Dealers as and when required about the product and the sales tips.• Organize meeting every month with the Main Area Dealers of South Bengal to understand the market better and what to share any latest changes made.• Organizing Event Management like Architect & Engineers Meet & Plumber Meet.
