In 2000, he sold the company to Virata Corporation in a $33M transaction and remained with the company as a Vice President and General Manager through a subsequent merger forming Globespan Virata.Ian Agranat is an angel investor, limited partner in Backstage Capital, Bright Ventures, Visible Hands, and was a member of Hub Angels.
