Prior to my current employment I worked as an Administrative Assistant for AMP Americas on an RNG project. Prior to working for Amp Americas, I served 4 years as the Administrative Assistant to the Public Works Director for the City of Casa Grande. I supervised one Office Assistant, and two Secretary positions. My team and I served as the administrative support team for 8 divisions within the Public Works Department. I also served as the Recording Secretary for one Advisory Board and two Committees. In this role I also procured, implemented, and served as the administrator of SeeClickFix that continues to be used to as our Citizen and Government request management system, as well as our RTA and Fuel Master Fleet Management systems. Lastly, I also served as a notary for contractual and legal documents.

I managed the office, the supply ordering, meeting schedules, calendars, travel arrangements, and attended meetings, with or on behalf of my plant manager. I reconciled purchase card transactions, made travel arrangements, provided virtual meeting set up support, note taking, and any other duties as requested. I receive and manage the BOL’s, invoices, shipping slips and file them accordingly. I assisted the safety manager in a variety of OSHA related items, safety management programs, and onsite monthly training. I created and closed PO’s when needed, provided procurement support, purchased consumables, setup vendor accounts and filled out credit applications with new vendors upon request. I assisted HR by serving as the HR contact for our site. I maintained personnel files, safety training files, and all onboarding training. I reviewed resumes and posted position openings in a variety of media outlets. Iset up interviews and managed the record retention process on site. I assisted the HR team with benefit enrollment, W4, A4, I-9’s, and E-Verification via the hiring process. I supported our Maintenance staff by maintaining, updating, and entering new data in the maintenance management system for preventative/ corrective action and maintenance. I screened calls, addressed meeting requests, and handled vendors inquiries in person or over the phone. I also helped organize, clean, and maintain the various buildings, trailers, and communal areas at the job site.
