Joined Wipro's digital arm (buildit) to lead Bangalore engineering studio with a mission to help organisations deliver digital transformation at pace. Built high performing engineering capability to help clients accelerate digital transformation, this included shaping of Digital Academy programme for digital talent, engineering culture and ways of working. Played roles across continuum of hands-on engineering lead, transformation lead, and CXO connect for strategic client engagements. Established Engineering studio in Bangalore and led flagship transformation engagements like engineering transformation for a large UK bank, digital experience platform delivery for premier league football club and digital platform for a large global financial organisation's wealth business.
