Working as Senior Architect at one of the Top 30 emerging Architectural practices in the World. Here, I was heading 'Project Sammaan', funded by The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, providing a new, holistically re-imagined model for urban slum sanitation facilities in India. I take pride in successfully handling this massive project consisting of 120 sites and around 30000 architectural sheets. Organizing everything, ordinating with various stakeholders and associates, keeping the team motived and aligned, meeting strict deadlines, budgeting, minimizing chances of error, were some of the challenges which I really enjoyed doing it.

Me and my colleagues felt the need to encourage research among our students which made us launch a multidisciplinary refereed e-journal. As a co-founder my role was to form an advisory committee and referees for the journal. As a website manager my role is to ensure proper working of the website, co-ordinating with the designer and the website developer.

Formulated my own way of teaching to 100+ strong across 3 batches by investigating the appropriateness between the traditional and the digital medium for designing in current educational setting. In collaboration with couple of my friends, I organized TEDxNagpur for the first time in the city. Our intend was to expose Nagpur to various ideas, inspire minds, spark discussions and introspection among the people. As a co-organizer, my role was planning the whole event, gather a team and distribute work as per individuals potential, co-ordinate with various agencies involved in the event, search for funds, ideation for marketing, invite worthy speakers for the platform to make the event a huge success. As a designer it was an opportunity for me to design set, marketing posters, brochures, etc for a big brand like TEDx.

Working as an Associate Artist was a prospect to explore the sculptor inside me. My role was to develop the existing concept, conceptualizing something entirely new, proposing ways to execute the ideas using different materials and techniques, digital modeling and to execute the idea. We showcased our work at 4th Edition of India Art Fair where I meet eminent artisan from all over India. My thinking process changed completely which started reflecting in my teaching, designing and thinking process.

'Zero Gravity-Nothing Holds Us Down' is a youth volunteer network of Dr. Shrikant Jichkar's foundation with a motive to provide like-minded people a platform to make a change, contribute something to society. As an Administrative Head, my role was to complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements, planning, arranging, and meeting schedules, monitoring results.

Learning and experience was endless, the work fascinating, and Deepak Guggari (WAN jury member) himself, inspiring. The firm believed in creating timeless architecture inspired by the work of Tadao Ando. Getting involved as a junior architect on award winning interior and architectural work at designing, developing, 3D modelling, detailing and execution level was an intense opportunity to make my foundation.
