Most people "know" what they should be doing, but lack the system and support to make lasting change. I am both a student and teacher of behavior change, and help both individuals and organizations improve productivity and reduce the risk of long-term health care exposure by helping people quit sugar and embark on other healthy behavior changes.I am passionate about empowering people with the information and tools they can use to transform their health trajectory.
