• Responsible for ensuring that key certifications in relation to ISO9001, 27001 and 17025 are maintained. Development and implementation of an internal compliance regime across NCC Group (within UK, North America, APAC and Europe)• Acting as one of NCC Groups lead auditors in relation to ISO9001, 27001 and 17025 and conducting additional strategic internal reviews as required• Documenting and updating security and compliance related policies and procedures• Advising the business as a whole and colleagues on compliance matters• Preparation and delivery of key elements of NCC Groups internal compliance and awareness training programme• Incident Management reporting• Managing information security risk assessments and group risk registry• Management and facilitation of audits of NCC Group on behalf of its customers and external auditing bodies• Work closely with the Data Privacy Team to ensure group wide GDPR compliance

• Auditing TalkTalk Group against ISO 9001 Quality, ND1643, ISO27001, ISO27002, CAS(T) Information Security and Business Continuity Management standards• Input to and delivery of TalkTalk Group internal Quality, Information Security and Business Continuity Management Audit Programme• Support annual ISO 9001, Metering & Billing, ND1643 / CAS(T) and IT system external audit• Support of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) as part of external audit reviews• Contribution to the achievement and on-going maintenance in TalkTalk Group compliance with Quality, Information Security and Business Continuity Policy• Assistance with derivation of departmental / business process• Delivery of personal, business unit and corporate level objectives (where applicable)• Management of Information Security & Business Management Systems (ISMS/BMS)• Managing TalkTalk Group Business Continuity Management including business resumption planning, disaster recovery support, vendor/consultant engagement for crisis management exercises.

• Operational analysis and reporting around OFCOM regulation• Customer analysis and reporting as required• Collation and preparation of data for regulatory reports (Quality of Service/Metering & Billing)• Trend analysis and root cause analysis around findings• Making recommendations for corrective actions arising from external Quality of Service audits

• Develop electronic data including catalogues, 2D/3D graphics and other data for furniture manufacturers using internal modelling software.• Create, maintain and update Access Databases and Excel spreadsheets• Management of internal projects, including co-ordination of development work with internal departments and sub-contractors to ensure electronic catalogues and graphics are produced to deadline and of the required standard• Identification and resolution of clients software issues • Analysis of clients requirements and available data • Client liaison throughout project duration
