Top 20 in Europe.The organization was founded in order to lead the community and set high quality standards for teams that look to compete at the highest local and international level.During one year we grew from 3 people to over 10 people working on the project.First place in Baltic Masters -> qualified for European Masters.FILLQ 2020 - First esports content creator tournament. FILLQ 2021 - Grew the event by 20% and involved 400% more brandsFILLQ 2023 - Biggest digital esports event in the Baltics. Total views 1 million.

Team Atlantis was the best performing European team while I was working as a Team Manager in the organisation.As a manager, I had to take care of the professional athletes and help them achieve their peak performance potential. Some tasks that I did on a daily basis:- Optimized best training and lifestyle patterns for players to achieve peak performance- Negotiating contracts with players- Managing social media and image of the players- Planning trips to international competitions, communicating with tournament officials - Go-to person to solve problems that would arise for the players- Motivated young professional players to seek greatness and believe in themselves
