SHORT STORY: I am a leader committed to excellence who moves high performing teams forward, develops leadership talent, maintains the integrity of brand/business, and am able to build community partnerships to see relational and tangible results. LONG STORY BELOW...“Challenge accepted.” More on this later.I was born and raised in Upstate New York, about three hours north of NYC. When I graduated high school, I moved to Florida with my dad to start my adult life in a new place. After a few years of learning the basics of what it means to be a working adult, I decided to go to school. While working full-time, I completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree entirely online. Shortly after finishing my degree and expanding my leadership skills by teaching at a local high school, I met the love of my life, Natasha. We’ve been now married for five years and have two beautiful little girls together! How’d we end up in California? We took a leap of faith when friends of ours opened a door of opportunity to us. We trekked over 3,000 miles with our oldest daughter in-tow (10 months old at the time), landing in the Central Valley.To tie it all in, one of my favorite sayings is “challenge accepted.” In all the positions I’ve ever worked, I’ve never shied away from a good challenge when presented one by a leader or manager of mine. My passion is to take on complex issues, strategizing in collaboration with others, to find a seemingly impossible resolve. This is something I hope to do the rest of my life professionally as well as personally.Other fun facts about me:- My wife and I are passionate about seeing marriages transformed in Jesus’ name- I have played drums for the past 22 years, mainly on my church’s worship team- I am a production/tech nerd who loves all things audio and lights- I LOVE SNOW.- Current read: “Atomic Habits” by James Clear- Current binge: “Running Wild: The Challenge” with Bear Grylls
