Rehoboth" is the name Isaac chose for the town he founded in ancient Bible times. It means "Room for All", and that is why, back in 1890 Rehoboth took the name as well. Rehoboth is committed to sharing the wonderful truth that in Jesus Christ there truly is "Room for All".Rehoboth Reformed Church strives to be the hands, feet and heart of Jesus as we go out into the world He loves. All believers are called by God, saved by Jesus Christ, and strengthened by the Holy Spirit to serve Him. Christians find true joy in helping others through discovering and using God given gifts. We pray and prepare for opportunities to meet spiritual emotional and physical needs of all; in our church, our communities and our world.

Community Church is one of the nation’s largest churches. We are changing lives to impact the world; and have been for nearly 25 years. As a member of the executive team we lead a church of thousands. From our multiple locations, and our large military population, we are equipping people that can literally go to the ends of the earth. The Acts 2 Network is an international network of churches and leaders restoring the Acts 2 Church in our world. - Managed a $56+ Million yearly budget- Saved over $2.4 Million.- Reduced ongoing costs by over $2,156 per house.- Managed all purchasing / supply chain / contracts / insurance for over 100 contractors and suppliers.- Opened / Rebranded 12 communities, launched 21 new plans and redesigned 11 existing plans.- Successfully hired and trained over 20% of our vendor base.

- Successfully managed $180 Million yearly budget. - Reduced Brick and Mortar costs 21.4% and was one of only two divisions in the country to be able reduce costs every month for twelve consecutive months. - Revamped the entire purchasing system and moved Purchase Order accuracy from 60% to 95%.- Restructured the vendor base from 123 vendors to 58 sole sourced vendors. - Led the alignment of New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia divisions.

- Successfully managed a $45 Million yearly budget. - Moved the division completely on to purchase orders and off field work orders. - Created proformas, managed the design, bidding, estimating and contracting process. - Reduced brick and mortar by 5.2%, increased rebates 8% and set up a model home program saving 8-15% on new models. - Qualified, hired and trained 22 vendors.

- Held various construction management roles and managed multiple sites. - Managed over 40 homes under construction at the same time worth more than 15 Million dollars. - Managed Pulte's construction design, bidding process and new purchasing system. Led the Midwest in setting up new systems.
