This includes creating and maintaining budgets, ensuring accurate cash flow management, and overseeing all financial transactions. My role requires precision, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that our committee operates smoothly and efficiently. In my capacity as Program Coordinator, I am responsible for planning and organizing a diverse range of events throughout the year. These events are designed to support our Skills and Connect, Principles of Economics 1 and 2 tutors, enhancing their ability to guide first-year students. My role involves proactive planning, strong communication, and a high level of responsibility to ensure each event is successful and impactful. Being part of the Mentor Committee has allowed me to develop a unique blend of financial management and program coordination skills. Launched an online sustainable multi-vendor marketplace, collaborating with 15 brands that sell 350+ products on the website. Selected for Start-up Incubation and Mentorship by NSRCEL, the start-up hub of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) as part of the group of 585+ incubated ventures with a combined value of $1.5 billion.

We aim to gather and source various supplies for animal shelters & hospitals for the well-being of the animals during their recovery from injuries/surgeries. This is a youth movement that aims to raise awareness about animal welfare and collect necessary supplies for animal shelters in India

Launched an initiative to conduct upskilling and re-skilling workshops with a team of 20+ volunteers to help migrant workers, who lost their jobs during the pandemic, to become self-employed or employable. Managed to successfully re-skill 150+ people and find employment for over 100 workers within a span of a year.
