To contribute to the overall delivery of New Homes commercial targets, by managing designated regional & independent major accounts throughout Scotland to achieve individual revenue goals and activity targets. Effectively manage the customer base & product mix across existing business, develop & convert new business opportunities. To deliver first class account management with regular and timely review meetings to ensure that all accounts have a clear understanding of Rightmove products & pricing structure and to deliver value-added solutions against their business needs. To liaise with internal support functions such as Customer Services and Finance to ensure smooth management of the billing & administration process for the customer base, plus the provision of any supporting sales reports. To attend monthly national/regional meetings to give updates & feedback.

Conducting a business review and putting together a programme of online advertising that suits the customer’s business requirements, then present my outcomes to the customer and negotiate a deal..Working my own allocated accounts to sell portfolio Yell.com products ensuring that the customer has the right programme.I also spent 8 months of this time on secondment in our telesales operation, managing, developing and training new starts in the new Yell.com department.In my first year I achieved 114% of target. I was also nominated for a gold award for business excellence.January – March 2008, Yell Top 100 club member.Numerous quarterly award certificates for over target achievements.

Visiting customers in order to offer an advertising solution across the portfolio of Yell products that suits customers’ needs.Working to productivity and result targets across Yell’s portfolio.Attracting prospect business to Yell through customer referral or cold calling as well as working existing advertiser accounts.Negotiating deals and agreeing service requirements with customers.Last field sales campaign I overran my target by 7% and gained a New Media Award. I was also 18th in the top 75 top performing sales people for canvas 2005 – 2006 out of over 900 field consultants throughout the UK.
