Offering consultancy services to various national and international clients in the fields of Education, Vocational Education and Training, Employment, project management and other related areas. Specialized expertise in education, focusing on Vocational Education and Training (VET), I have led 11 projects in Kosovo. My work emphasizes aligning education with labour market needs and establishing partnerships between institutions. I served as Head of the Expert Panel at the National Qualification Authority, and contributed to policy drafting and strategy development at the Ministry of Education. I successfully integrated the private sector into VET, enhancing learning and employment opportunities. Moreover, my commitment extends to empowering diverse youth communities and supporting migration returnees through impactful initiatives promoting inclusivity and equal opportunities.

Coordinating all activities related to English language trainings, working on the development of project and its sustainability (APPK is Distributor of Pearson Language Tests for the territory of Kosovo and Albania.Training English language teachers, training and accreditation of oral examiners, assessor and interviewers. Preparing the plans and curricula of English language trainings according CEFR standards. Monitoring the English trainers in keeping the quality and standards of English language teachingTesting and evaluation of students, levels A1-C2 in oral exams.
